Amira at Westly

I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with my decision to move to Amira at Westly after a harrowing experience at my previous apartment, Tampa Woods. The stark contrast in customer service and overall living experience has been literally night and day. From the moment I stepped into Amira at Westly, it was clear that my concerns and preferences were a top priority for the staff. The staff at my former residence were rude and treated my very real concerns like a nuisance and didn't respond to any of my emails until we got the city/legal involved and STILL dragged their feet. It goes without saying that the warmth and attentiveness of the staff at Amira have been a welcome change. Cody, in particular, has been an absolute gem since day one. His knowledge of the property is amazing, and he navigated every one of my 1 million and 1 questions with patience and a genuine desire to assist. What truly sets him apart is his commitment to ensuring we had the information we needed promptly. Even when we asked unusual questions, Cody took the initiative to find the answers, showcasing a level of dedication that is increasingly rare. I did want to mention that the only real detractors for the apartment are the lack of storage and the noise, but I think the later has to do with our unit being parallel to the stairs. The storage options are limited to a pantry and a type of coat closet (not including bedroom closets), so you'll have to get creative about linen storage and hiding away seasonal décor. I do consider these minor inconveniences considering the peace we have living in a clean, safe environment. But just in the interest of being transparent, I thought I should add that. All and all, Amira at Westly has gone above and beyond my expectations, and after a month of living here, I can confidently say that I am not just content but genuinely happy with my decision. The maintenance team is prompt and polite, the leasing office respond quickly and have come to my unit to address concerns in person which I SO appreciated. I've never had that happen before! To anyone seeking a welcoming community and a leasing office that values its residents, Amira is definitely the right choice. Cody and the entire team have set a standard that other apartments should aspire to, and I couldn't be more grateful for the positive change they've brought to my living experience.

We just recently moved in and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The entire Amira team has been a pleasure to work with! I would like to especially thank Cody because he goes above and beyond for future and current residents. He was built for customer service and making things happen! Cody is the GOAT! Every step of our move in process was communicated throughly and as stressful as moving can be, Cody made everything as simple as possible for us. I would like to also acknowledge the efficient and extremely responsive maintenance team, they are amazing! THANK YOU!

I recently moved into Amira and am so happy to be here. Fantastic location, wonderful amenities and you get amazing prices for what they have to offer. It’s in an extremely safe neighborhood and you can tell there is a sense of community just by walking around.Cody, Sefrey and Brianna we’re so kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of touring and moving in and continue to check in which is rare to find in apartment communities. I have only been here a week and already met a few neighbors who were so friendly. If I had to think of any downsides, I would say hearing the neighbors above, which is inevitable with apartment living in a wood frame building. This is truly a wonderful place to live and I HIGHLY recommend making Amira your future home if you want to get a lot of bang for your buck!

The wife and I have recently moved in, and so far, everything has been great. There were some minor things in the apartment that needed to be taken care of, and the folks here took care of them right away. The complex itself is very vast and very clean. It has a fence around the entirety and also has functioning gates that are only opened by residents, making it feel very safe. The apartment we received is very clean, modern, and well maintained. If you're worried about the airport, you can hardly hear the planes taking off. Thank you to Cody for helping us get our lease worked out so we can live here.

I recently had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex, and I can confidently say it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot into the building, I knew this was going to be a place I could call home. However, I have recently moved out of state for work. The management team was incredibly welcoming and made the entire leasing process seamless. They answered all my questions, gave me a comprehensive tour of the property, and ensured everything was in order for a smooth move-in. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO @BRIANNA and the whole staff.

My air conditioning was broken and the maintenance crew had to come out twice. I am so delighted they were so diligent because it got fixed right away! Not having air conditioning is one of the worst things I can imagine so know that if you live here, they care about their renters and they go the extra mile. Thank you Cody! Shelly
